TORONTO (July 22, 2022) – CTV and Entertainment One (eOne), together with Buffalo Gal Pictures, today announced that award-winning television and film actress, director, and producer Lea Thompson (Back To The Future, CAROLINE IN THE CITY) and acclaimed Canadian actress Stacey Farber (VIRGIN RIVER, SCHITT’S CREEK) will headline the upcoming CTV Original procedural series, THE SPENCER SISTERS.
From Deadline: EXCLUSIVE: Cameras are rolling in Winnipeg on supernatural horror feature Elevator Game, with a new director onboard. Production began this month with Rebekah McKendry (Glorious) replacing Michael Goi on the film, which is based on the online phenomenon of the same name.

As announced by Justin Stockman, VP, Content Development & Programming, Bell Media from Content Canada Digital Summit on Wednesday, September 29, CTV Comedy Channel has ordered 10 episodes of the 30 minute series ACTING GOOD, created by Paul Rabliauskas, Amber-Sekowan Daniels, Eric Toth and Pat Thornton.
The trailer for the Sean Penn-directed "Flag Day", which had its premiere at the Cannes International Film Festival earlier this month, is now available. Filmed in Manitoba in 2019, the movie follows the story of Jennifer Vogel and her father John, and their fraught, but loving relationship.
